Objective: The main objective of creating mobiSales is to automate the sales force. Sales can be fragmented into –Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, Tertiary Sales. Mobiquest is accredited with automating the Primary & Secondary Sales segment. Highlights: Capture real-time data on the go Track user base on the go Evaluate supply v/s demand Capture Landing Stock and Returned Stock with Order Capture Showcase new Products Hierarchy wise generation of reports Admin panel support Case Study: Walmart Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. ,branded as Walmart, is an American multinational retail corporation that runs chains of large discount department stores and warehouse stores. In India, in association with Bharti it operates as “Best Price”. Currently, it has 25 operational stores. Walmart has automated it’s Primary Sales-B2B. We, as a team had to get into the nerve of FMCG and automate their order capture mechanism. The biggest challenge was the large no of SKUs they have with diverse Standard Industrial Classification-SICs. Wal-Mart’s segments are classified into Horeca(for Hotels & Restaurants),Reseller (Kirana, Toy Stores etc)and O&I(i.e. Offices & Institutions).The key areas of Walmart Order capture were Order Capture along with approval at portal level and showcasing of new products
